Set on over 900 acres and surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful hardwoods, St Marlo ℠ offers luxury living and unparalleled panoramic views.  We are located in the Southern central tip of Forsyth County, one of the fastest growing and prosperous Counties in the United States!  The low real estate taxes, highly acclaimed public and private schools, great healthcare (Emory at Johns Creek) and easy access to shopping and Interstate 85 help to add value to our neighborhood.

Our beautiful and safe community has 24-hour gated access and is protected by an outstanding security team. The many amenities and common areas are meticulously maintained and a large percentage of homes are located adjacent to the award winning 200 acre St Marlo ℠ Golf Course, which is open to the public.

This site is designed as an easy to use reference for our residents with informative sections for those considering St Marlo as their next home.  Welcome to St Marlo℠!

St Marlo℠ Association, Inc. (HOA) is the association of homeowners committed to working together to provide the highest level of community living with a beautiful, well-maintained, secure and family friendly neighborhood environment, for the common benefit and enjoyment of all homeowners

The HOA membership elects a 7- person Board of Directors, made up of volunteer homeowners, that will manage the community, its assets, finances and also enforce the Community Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and the requirements of the Architectural Standards Manual.  The Board is committed to providing fiscally responsible solutions to promote a strong sense of community and volunteer activism, to optimize our property values, and plan effectively for the future.  An on-site Association Manager works in concert with the board and executes ongoing resident needs and community support.
